Welcome to my Feldenkrais Blog. I have just launched my website April 5th and will be adding articles and information on Feldenkrais and my practice shortly. Thanks for your patience and feel free to contact me for information and requests!
I'm busy preparing for the big Wilderness Awareness School fundraiser held at my house. If you don't know about the school or the matching $75,000 challenge, ask me.
I'm on the Board of Directors and have been preparing tor the Big Event on May 12th. If you want to donate to the future of nature education for kids and adults, now is a great time. Make my day and do something for the future of the planet, donate online to www.wildernessawareness.org and leave a legacy that will make a difference for generations to come.
The picture below is from my Africa Adventure this past winter. This is a typical day of babysitting the vervet monkeys "Pickle" and "Monkee" and pet warthog "Farkey" while on houseduty in South African last October. Sweeping at home in the states isn't quite as complicated with our domestic "Bush pugs" as we now call them. Thank goodness! I would never be ready for our big fundraising party with two monkeys like these getting into trouble.
What does this have to do with Feldenkrais? I'm always studying movement and awareness and these three naughty animals were my teachers in Africa.
